  • The project proposes the construction of a complex of installations and their chaining in a technological process for the complete recovery of the components and materials from IT and Telecommunication Waste
  • Includes steps in order to obtain low energy and low pollution
  • No new waste generated
  • Used electrolytes are regenerated and completely recirculated in the process

  • Pilot systems for intelligent sorting of components from IT and Telecommunication Waste
  • Intelligent PCBW disassembly pilot system
  • Optimized installation projects for chemical dissolution and electrochemical separation of basic and noble metals from PCBW
  • Pilot tribo-electrostatic separation system for plastic materials
  • Corona-electrostatic separation pilot plant of conductive materials from non-conducting materials
  • Environmental impact monitoring platform and learning platform for the material recovery technologies from IT and Telecommunication Waste
  • Dissemination: 5 articles in ISI journals; 6 conferences; 1 patent proposal; 1 workshop

  • Chemical dissolving installation for base metals (BM) from PCBW
  • Selective BM electrodeposition installation from PCBW
  • Material recovering installation from PCBW
  • Selective dissolution and electrodeposition of noble metals (NM) from PCBW
  • Dissemination: 4 articles in ISI journals; 5 conferences; 1 patent proposal; 1 workshop
MESUCO SUBPROJECT

Surveillance and control modern analytical methods for the technological flow used to obtain reusable materials from waste -PR3
  • Leaching waste test method – prototype
  • The determination method for the leaching parameters
  • Analytical method for evaluating the elemental composition of the waste
  • Analytical method for identifying the type of plastic in waste
  • Analytical method for assessing the degree of recovery of metals from waste
  • Dissemination: 3 articles in ISI journals; 1 patent proposal; 1 workshop
COMPLAST SUBPROJECT

  • Technology for recovering plastic materials recovered from DEIT and DPCI in polymeric composites
